I'm one of those people who complain about the lack of opportunities here in Bohol. That still applies today but some of those complaints are lifted, be it a tiny bit.
BOHOL HAS TECH SEMINARS AND OPPORTUNITIES, too!
It's up to you to look for them, attend and participate in them and/or make more and organize them.
Don't just sit there and wail (which is what I do most of the time). Work hard and accept what you have.
You're going to be even less productive if you just lie there and think about how unproductive you are.
Take what you get and make the most out of them.
